In order to dedicate himself fully to serving the transport sector in his new capacity, Capt. Lothair Lam has stepped down as Chairman.<\/p><\/span><span><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/span><span><p>Following a by\u2011election, Brian Yam has been elected as the new Chairman, and Stockton Chow has been elected as Vice Chairman (External Affairs).<\/p><\/span><span><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/span><span><p>The Institute extends its deepest gratitude to Capt.
