Is it a must to issue 3 original B/L as one set?Is it necessary to issue a clean B/L when there are remarks on the mate’s receipt?Is it a must for the notify party to endorse on the B/L when the box of consignee is named ‘To order’?
Believe it or not, the answers to all questions above are false! Bill of lading is one of the most important shipping documents in our field, but many of us have some wrong concepts and misunderstandings on B/L even if you are dealing with it every day. This workshop will share the things and facts you may not know about B/L.The Institute is going to conduct a workshop on “Things and facts you may not know about Bill of Lading”, we are pleased to invite Mr. Edward Cheng, Chief Representative (Hong Kong Region) of Oceanfavor Shipping (Shanghai) Ltd. to be our Speaker.
